  When you book a tour through our website, we collect your name, email address, and phone number directly through our booking system.

• Payment Information

  We do not directly collect or store any payment information. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor.

• Website Usage Data

  We collect anonymized analytics data about how visitors use our website through Umami and basic Cloudflare analytics. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information only for specific, limited purposes:

• To process and manage your tour booking
• To communicate with you about your booking
• To provide customer support
• To improve our website and services through anonymized analytics
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Your booking information (name, email, phone) is received in our email system.
• We retain this information for one year, after which it is deleted.
• We do not store your information in any customer relationship management (CRM) system or database.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following third-party service providers necessary to deliver our services:

• Stripe

  For processing payments

• Brevo

  For sending booking confirmation and related emails

• Google Calendar

  For adding your booking to our tour schedule

• Google Ads

  Only if you accept ad measurement: tells us when a visit from one of our ads turns into a booking (Google Ireland Ltd., see section 7)

These third parties are only permitted to use your information to provide services on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.

7. Cookies and Partner Referrals

We measure visits with Umami, which sets no cookies. Two essential items are stored in your browser to make the site work: your booking selections in progress and your language preference.

Other cookies are set only if you accept them:

• Ad measurement (Google Ads)

  Google cookies such as _gcl_au that tell us when a visit from one of our ads turns into a booking. Kept up to 90 days. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.

• Partner referral (lvt_ref)

  If a partner's link brought you here, it remembers which partner for 30 days, so they're credited if you book on a later visit.

Your choice is saved in your browser for 6 months. Change it any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

When you book during a visit that started from a partner's link, we record that partner with your booking so we can pay their commission (our legitimate interest), whether or not you accept cookies. During that visit the partner's code stays in the page address; nothing is saved on your device. The partner never receives your personal details.

8. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
